The performance picker
Choosing a speech, music or a play, or ticking the box for going on in minutes, only rearranges the page in your browser. None of those choices is sent or saved.
Visit statistics
No account and no name are needed here. A small script notes, anonymously, that the page loaded, which website sent you, how far you scrolled and whether you pressed a practice test button. Alongside that go your browser language, your operating system and a random code kept in your browser, so returning visitors are not counted twice. Your IP address is used to estimate a country and region and is not stored in full.
Who receives the statistics
The statistics pass through this site's own server on their way to an analytics provider that stores them inside the European Union. They show which parts of the page help readers, and nothing else. They are never sold or handed to advertisers.
Cookies and browser storage
No cookies are used. Your browser holds the random code, a session marker that runs out after 30 idle minutes, your color theme choice and, once you close it, the closed state of the phone bar at the bottom of the screen. Clearing this site's data removes them all. With scripts or trackers blocked, the page works as normal and no statistics are recorded.
Practice test buttons
The buttons point to /try-a-rep on this site. That address checks your browser's user agent and nothing more: Android devices go on to the Confidently app in Google's app store, carrying the button's spot on the page as a referrer, and all other devices go on to Apple's App Store. No record is kept. From the store onward, the privacy terms of the store and of the app apply.

Write to the address above and anything linked to your random code will be erased. Since nothing here names you, clearing the site data in your browser breaks that link straight away.
